At Sun Culture, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
To start the process, simply email us at info@sunculture.store with your request.
Our courier will come to pick up the item(s) free of charge.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note: shipping fees, taxes, and customs are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded.
Late or missing refunds:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, check with your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, email us at info@sunculture.store.
Our courier will collect the item free of charge.
Once inspected, we’ll ship your replacement item right away.
Note: Exchange shipping (both ways) is always free of charge.
